At ZYRANA, we aim to deliver your luxury fragrances as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Options

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days (Free on orders over $100)
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($15)
International Shipping: 7-14 business days (Fees vary by location)

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations regarding alcohol-based fragrances, we are unable to ship to certain countries. Please contact our customer service team for details about your specific location.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ZYRANA purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Conditions

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Products must be in original, unopened packaging
Gift sets must be returned complete
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
